Our Cold Rolling and Shaping division is engaged in the production of cold finished Shaped Wire in the shape of Flat Wire , Square Wire, Half Round Wire, D Shaped Wire, Triangular Wire , Trapezoidal Wire and Shaped and Profile Wire in close tolerance with fine surface finish in vast size range and grades. Our Cold Rolling and shaping plant has integrated in house facility for Cold Rolling, Wire Shaping , Spherodized Annealing, Precision Coiling, Straightening , Grinding, Polishing and Buffing etc. This division has high quality Shaped wire with the help of modern testing facilities like ultrasonic tester, eddy current tester, tensile tester, and roughness tester etc. for testing both the surface as well as internal defects. .
