MATTA DRAWING WORKS

Our company is a dynamic family-owned company active in the production and supply of high quality special steel shapes. Established in 1976 in Faridabad (Haryana), India. Matta Drawing Works has achieved a high level of knowhow and ranks among the market leaders in its business segment.
Demand for custom tailored products is continuously rising and MDW adapted to these market requests by investing in innovative technologies. All types of steel from low carbon, Alloy Steel grades are processed.

In close co-operation with our customers we continuously search for new products and optimized manufacturing processes. During design stage of new profiles we make sure that all manufacturing technologies are taken into consideration to give customers the most cost effective solution and at the same time highest quality standard.

OUR SPECIALITY

This technology is a precision forming process, which reduces the cross sectional area of metal wire or pre-rolled profiles into a secondary or final shape by pulling it through precision dies.

Cold rolled profiles are produced at Matta Drawing Works by forming round wire rod, which can have a diameter of max. 25 mm, by a continuous rolling process without heating up the material.

In Wire Flattening , We set the standard for precision, high speed production, reliability and versatility. We pride ourselves on providing customized solutions, and take the time to review each application in detail to ensure the solution recommended will meet all of product and production requirements of the client.

we perform wire shaping of 2D and 3D shapes for a variety of industries. steel, and stainless steel wire between 0.008" and 0.75" in diameter can be consistently formed to customer specifications.
