Shaped Wire products are unique in that they are available in near net shapes and specific profiles that can be symmetrical or not. Standard industrial shaped wires for filtration and liquid solid separation, as well as unique custom developed profiles, are available in a variety of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium, and more. A sequence of rolling and annealing techniques are used to shape wire from a circular wire. Larger cross sections can be drawn to size using a die.
